It was a super sweet December / Christmas season and I am ready and excited for 2020! It was special to celebrate our first Christmas in our new home and I had so much fun sprucing it up for the holidays. This was our fourth married Christmas and I feel like it was the first one where we knew the problem spots that each year creates (making time for both of our families, our overall expectations, traditions) and worked in advance to be really intentional about making this Christmas different..and it was! I’m thankful for time with family and friends and most of all, for the season that ushers us into reflection and awe and wonder of Jesus coming to earth to rescue us!
