Laddie + Benji’s wedding was a true honor to be a part of. My motto with wedding coordinating is that the bride sets the tone of the day…no matter what happens or what may go wrong, if the bride is excited and focused on what matters, the day is PERFECT! This could not have been any more true of Laddie. Her presence is pure joy and calm and her and Benji’s love for one another is so genuine and contagious.

It was a rainy, January day and we had to change up the plans a bit to have everything inside, but it was the most gorgeous venue and Laddie and Benji could not have had better attitudes about the rain. There was so much peace over the whole day and just take one look at these pictures to see that there was BEAUTY everywhere! Which was no surprise because Laddie is a super talented artist and her creativity was all over every detail of their day. The flowers, especially, were beyond dreamy and the best part is that Laddie’s grandmother and mom and friends made the arrangements and designed it all.

Their wedding began at 11:30 am, which was a first for me, but so unique and so much fun! Their fantastic menu included a biscuit bar, shrimp and grits, quiche, fruit, bloody mary’s, mimosas, and so much more! Both of their sweet families and their amazing bridal party made for a PARTY and Jesus was glorified and it was a precious day all around. Congrats again, Mr. and Mrs. Smith! You two are so loved and I can’t wait to see where marriage takes you!
